Las emociones como sistema guía: modelo de intervención psicoterapéutico dirigido a la auto regulación emocional
Abstract
Esta investigación tiene el objetivo de valorar un modelo de intervención
psicoterapéutica, utilizando la “Clasificación de estados del yo” como
herramienta que permite dar seguimiento a una intervención basada en las
emociones y estados del yo, utiliza once (11) indicadores: Plenitud, Fortaleza,
Actividad, Resiliencia, Dependencia, Tristeza, Rabia-Enojo, Culpa, Miedo,
Ansiedad, Shock-Negación, que no son excluyentes uno de otros. Estos
indicadores se encuentran englobados en dos grandes dimensiones
denominadas activa e inversa que se complementan la una a la otra y deben
estar en equilibrio.
La investigación corresponde con un tipo de diseño cuasi experimental, el
muestreo es no probabilístico por conveniencia y se manipula la variable
independiente (intervención basada en la regulación de las emociones), para
observar su efecto en la variable dependiente (indicadores emocionales y
estados yoicos), el enfoque escogido para el análisis de los datos es mixto, lo
que enriquece los resultados y permite que se validen ambos análisis, el
cuantitativo y el cualitativo uno al otro. El tipo de estudio es explicativo, lo que
permite dar cuenta del fenómeno estudiado y responder a los objetivos de la
investigación.
