Evaluación de la infraestructura de la sala de Hemodiálisis de Metro1 (CSS), basada en la guía para el diseño y construcción de instalaciones hospitalarias y atenciones médicas de la AIA-FGI, realizado en el 1er semestre del 2018.
Abstract
Esta investigación da a conocer el concepto, características y fundamentos del diseño
hospitalario, específicamente de una sala de hemodiálisis, que oriente tanto a los ingenieros
biomédicos como a los profesionales relacionados con la adecuada infraestructura de las
instalaciones donde se brinda este tipo de atención médica.
Se realizó una comparación de ciertos aspectos del diseño hospitalario de la sala de
hemodiálisis de Metro 1 CSS contra la guía para el diseño y construcción de instalaciones
hospitalarias y atenciones médicas de la AIA-FGI, mediante una Cuadro de ponderación que se
empleó como instrumento para establecer si cumple o no con cada requisito.
Los datos recolectados en este estudio se analizaron, obteniéndose como resultado que la sala
de hemodiálisis que fue objeto de estudio, cumple en un 73.12% con los requisitos de la
normativa. El 26.88% que no cumple corresponde a características de infraestructura señaladas
en la Norma, que principalmente están relacionadas con oportunidades de mejora en las áreas
de apoyo al paciente y personal de atención médica hospitalaria. Estas áreas se han postulado
en las recomendaciones para que sean mejoradas en futuras instalaciones hospitalarias.
