El cultivo de ciertos microorganismos es de gran importancia para distintos avances científicos, ya que sus efectos nocivos motivan al estudio de su crecimiento, esto se realiza en un ambiente controlado, como el que proporciona una incubadora microbiológica o de laboratorio. Esta incubación brinda la producción de diversos compuestos para la fabricación de fármacos, vacunas, entre otras; para contribuir en la mejora de la salud de la humanidad.
Este trabajo se diseña y construye de una incubadora microbiológica multiuso, que reúne tres tipos de incubación ya existentes para cultivar distintos microorganismos con un constante monitoreo de las variables como temperatura, humedad y concentraciones de dióxido de carbono para el estudio del crecimiento de diversos microorganismos.
Este prototipo logra reunir las características de tres modos de incubación existentes en el mercado, como lo son las incubadoras secas, incubadoras húmedas e incubadoras roller; esto es para obtener un prototipo capaz de cultivar todo tipo de microorganismos.
