Formación docente en la utilización de estrategias para modificar la conducta en los niños con N.E.E de 4° a 6° grado en una escuela en la provincia de Veraguas
Abstract
Las estrategias utilizadas para la modificación de las conductas disruptivas en las
aulas de clase como los métodos y técnicas son la clave para mejorar tanto el
rendimiento escolar como el control de caracteres que el docente enfrenta
diariamente. El uso de las técnicas y estrategias consiste en los diferentes
recursos u metodología didáctica del docente, que empleo para combatir y reducir
las conductas no deseadas, lo cual entorpece el desarrollo del currículum dentro
del salón de clases.
Estas medidas de intervención disminuyen las barreras que hacen que la labor
docente y el aprendizaje no circulen con eficiencia en los jóvenes y niños de
nuestras escuelas regulares. Es por ello por lo que los docentes debemos tener
siempre un pensamiento de cambio, de superación y de preparación e innovación,
para trabajar incansablemente con las conductas y conocimientos inadecuados,
teniendo presente, siempre, que el moldeamiento del comportamiento debe
enfocarse desde la particularidad del estudiante.
Las conductas adecuadas y no adecuadas son adquiridas, ya sea por algún
trastorno o influencia social y familiar. Esas conductas anormales son recurrentes
y se mantienen con frecuencia hasta llegar a extinguirse, a través de la
intervención terapéutica. Siendo una de las estrategias más utilizadas para
modificar la conducta de los niños con NEE en las escuelas regulares.
